     We talked about the 5 steps to healing (acceptance,deleting, replacement,forgiveness and letting go).

      We also talked about the fact that overcoming life challenges is same as healing while transcending life challenges is a step ahead of healing or overcoming life challenges.     

    Transcending life challenges is associated with Self Mastery.Self mastery is achieved by mind reprograming,affirmations and taking tough decisions.Forgetting or closure is an aftermath of letting go(someone asked if forgetting happens to be the same as deleting ...answer is no).


1. Admission  or acceptance of the trauma

2. Delete the trauma in your mind 

3. Replace the traumatic story with your own

happy ending version of the story. 

4. Forgiveness Yourself,God, and the offender
